An eventful day in the precast concrete plant

Employees and their families celebrate in October, the "second Family
Festival "with concrete Kemmler
Together we have made it, "general manager Martin Kemmler concrete
thanked Heimrich his staff for an outstanding year.

"Together we have made it," general manager Martin Kemmler concrete
thanked Heimrich his staff for an outstanding year. After the one in

Heimrich use the second family hard to pronounce especially thanks to

with the relatives. 2009 this idea had on the opening exhibition of
the garage and the 125-year-old celebrated the premiere group of
companies.
"It was at that time very well," said Heimrich. This time the program
was even more extensive. Were again invited all employees - including
many who were already retired - and their families. Around 400 people
responded to the invitation. She expected a four-hour program for
young and old, that made no room for boredom. After being greeted at
home by early afternoon Rich and Kemmler first tours were for members
of the production of concrete Kemmler.

 Great response came the opportunity to guide the "Segway" to try
driving. Fifteen of these were fashionable racer ready for guests on a
practice course always crowds around. For younger visitors a game
trail was built with six stations at which there was to win all kinds.
At the end of the after-noon, the new Garagenversetzfahrzeug was
demonstrated. Then the guests a dinner together with expected large
raffle.
"With KAIZEN, we have become much more productive"
Senior Principal Peter Kemmler stressed in his speech the importance
of the Kaizen process for the company. It was important also to sail
well when the wind is not blowing stiffly from behind. For this to
always be the case in the future will, constant improvements are
absolutely necessary in order to make the work more efficiently.
"KAIZEN is not an end in itself but a necessity in order to be
better," said Peter Kemmler.
KAIZEN show that success is not least evidenced by the positive
business development in 2011. "With KAIZEN, we have become more
productive," stated the senior partner. Currently, concrete Kemmler
was the only company in the concrete industry in Germany, the deal so
intensely with KAIZEN. "This was precisely the main point, why the
quality seal 'Top 100' have been awarded as an innovator," recalled
Kemmler.
